She Does Tri - Triathlon Training Camps for Women offer club members a discount each year. Many of our members participated in these camps in previous years with great reviews.

The She Does Tri weekend camps for women cover all aspects of triathlon with both instruction and hands-on practice to prepare women for their first or their twentieth triathlon and give them the skills and knowledge to continue to improve.

Designed for both beginner and intermediate level triathletes, the camps are a fun, non-competitive and welcoming experience that focus on the specific needs of women for triathlon training, nutrition and racing. Our expert coaching staff is led by founder and elite triathlete Krista Schultz, MEd, CSCS whose passion for the sport of triathlon parallels her desire to help women of all levels of ability realize they can do well in a triathlon, too.
