Anne is the USAT Mid Atlantic Region coordinator for race officials.  She is a triathlete and a USAT certified Level I coach.  She will be reviewing all rules for this season and describing the USAT officials program and how you can become a race official.

Beginners please see be aware that we will also have a beginners bike bag available at the clinic that will have all the tools you need to carry with you on the road available for purchase at the clinic.  It's a $65 dollar value for $45.

Mentoring Program 2006:

MMTC now has a full fledged mentoring program for new Triathletes.  If you are interested in being a mentor or want to have a mentor please contact Sadj @ trisadj@aol.com

MMTC Women's Group 2006:

MMTC now has a full fledged women's only group for women only.  This group is for women only and will focus on women's issues and stuff for women.  There shall be no men in this group, we can't even watch.  Contact Maura Dunnigan at dunnigan5@comcast.net for more information.

MMTC Speed Workouts With Doug Mock 2006:

March 16 th and the March 23 rd will be start of 2 new 8 week sessions.

Speed kills, so kill your competition with speed gained from tips, training, and technique from Doug Mock.  Guaranteed to make you as fast as you can be.  The only bad part about being fast is that you'll have no butts to look at!  BUMMER!

Happy Hour:

It has come to our attention that the Happy Hours, although they are happy, they are suffering from a disease called lackattendance.  Also known as lack of attendance.  We will be postponing the Happy Hours until the warmer weather and perhaps an outdoor location can be obtained.
