Did this as a relay with Stacie Ataras (due to knee issues). I swam and biked; she ran.
I was hoping for 30 minutes, but heard afterward the course was a couple hundred yards long. If so, this is about right, but a little slower than I wanted.
Couldn't really run to transition, so this is long because I walked.
Lack of bike training really shows here.
The beauty of a relay is a fast transition time.
We were in the very last wave, so by the time Stacie hit the run course, it was late morning, very hot & humid.
