This was a huge improvement over last year
2004 result was 2:51:21 - 32:14 swim, 1:28 bike & 45:11 run. So I was just about 10 min faster.
I feel like I still have some way to go. I am sure I can run faster but need to get more reserves because I just couldn't push my run a hard as I was hoping.

I feel like I can improve much more on the swim, I was frustrated because I kept running into people or was run into and that interrupted my momentum. I had a stretch
where I felt very fast in the water for about 300 but Someone who swam off course ran into me and I never got the feeling back. I felt like I was swimming much straighter
but I just struggled keeping my legs high and chest down.

All in all I feel very good about the improvement.
