Each year this event gets a little better. Too many hills for it to be a PR course (for me anyway) but a good taper into a fall marathon. Today they added some wind and heat just to make it fun. Seems like everytime I turned a corner the wind shifted so that it was blowing directly into my face. Oh well... my time wasn't a good as last year but I placed better. I guess others had problems with the conditions too. Overall I still enjoy this half marathon and would recommend it to anyone looking for a training run leading up to Marine Corps, Philly, etc.
