Beautiful day for run. It all went well until Lake Monticello (mile 7) where the wind started to effect me. Regained momentum and then started dying at mile 10. The last two miles were hard and painful, and it seemed everyone was passing me, but that's what you get for not training.
Still had fun and many thanks to Theresa Symonds for suggesting (and performing) the massage afterwards. She's the best and I wouldn't be walking yesterday or today if not for her. I have lots of limping co-workers today.
This was my third Baltimore Half and I should have known better than to just wing it!
