Race Report:

I ran Clyde's last year too. This year's time was about a minute faster. A friend and I were running around mile three when he asked if I had my inhaler... It appears I had started to weeze really badly, and then the coughing started. No such luck on the inhaler. I slowed down to a shuffle for a few minutes, slowed down my breathing and recovered.

About that time, one of the Marines from the Naval Academy ran past with a tribute shirt to a friend of his. Having received sufficient "moto", I decided to stay with him for the rest of the race. He and I went back and forth for the rest of the race.

The "Age Group" figure I have given here is actually gender. I don't see where age group is broken out on the Strider's site. If someone knows where to find it, please let me know.
