Was trying for 2:45 but was under 3:00. Best time for an Olympic distance.
Struggled with the open water swim in a large group. Thought I would do better. Got to work on that.
Bike was great. 1:16 was right on target!
Run was terrible. Probably pushed too hard on the bike. Cramped bad left ham and quad. Couldn't even walk for a few minutes. Had to walk a number of the hills.
Will focus on the brick workouts and race hydration/nutrition.
Interested to see how fast Celebration Sprint will be!
