Ethan got me sick a few days before, but I felt well enough to compete. Swim went well, felt good, sited ok, but my goggles are just too foggy and the sun got me a bit off course. PR'd on the bike, but felt myself cramping towards the middle of the ride. Took water at the circle but that didn't help. Started the run in a heavy cramp, couldn't get moving for the first 4 miles, and then it just went away and I was able to break 2:30 by really picking up the pace for the last 2 miles.
