Swim time: 36:56 least favorite event. do it to get through it. Have trouble catching my breath and getting comfortable in the water. training always goes slow. need to work on arm stroke and positioning when push/pulling through the water. Also, need to get past this mental part of the training and race.
T1: 3:11 3rd year in a row w/middle bike position in middle bike row in middle of transition area - cause for longer transition times. Would love to be on the outside, once.
Bike 1:22:20 happy with this time but would like to get to 19-20 mph. possibly a bike fit and aero bars? purchase of a tribike not likely. took feet out of shoes in park entrance - worked well running in socks down hill to T2 no problem in nice weather. however, if rainy or muddy not recommended.

Run: 50:20 Best run in three Tri"es" by 4 minutes, yet continue to get painful cramps in hamstrings at mile 3.5 - 4.5 that significantly slow me down to walking - very frustrating! ugh. Need help on overcoming this, possibly with more endurolyte tablets. Didn't concentrate on my form by leaning forward on my run and letting the momentum carry me. Could be cause of cramps by using wrong muscles.

hydrated with two water bottles on bike course - one with cerasport and the other with endurloyte fizz. took two endurolyte tablets before swim, bike and run and took in one hammer gel at mile 17 on bike. cooled off with water at every run water stop by pouring on me and drinking some.
