Slow swim, poor siting, lots of bodies in the way
This is faster than last year but still need to get faster
About a 5 minute improvement from last year
Faster than last year but the hills just crush me every time
MUST RUN MORE HILLS IN TRAINING!
Improvement of about 4-5 minutes over last year...small gains still looking to do a flat course time on this course. If I could I'd be in the top 10.
