In short, I swam probably about 3 times in the past 5 months, done 3 bricks, and no speed work. I had a baby April 1st and didn't sign up for any races and ended up winning entries into IG and Chesapeake Man. Go figure.
Bike would have been faster but I got prewrap stuck in my spokes and spend about 3 minutes trying to get it out!
I ran faster than expected and my back hurt like a mother f*er afterwards, I'm sure because I haven't practiced running hard downhill.
All and all, so much fun and couldn't ask for better conditions!
