PR by 25 minutes.
Stick with Pace Group...much better chance to qualify.
Left pace group at 16 and died in the wind running on my own.
Mile 25 was very painful and didn't think I was going to finish.
Was able to get back with the pace group when they caught me at 21 but fell off pace at 25 and was just happy to finish without walking at that point.
Only had 2 gu's - should have taken 3 or 4.
No where to carry them and the one at 19 on the course tasted like apple vomit...only eat what you train with.
