DESCRIPTION:Whether you’re training for your first sprint triathlon or yo
 ur next Ironman\, this free 5-week progressive yoga series is designed spe
 cifically for endurance athletes. We’ll focus on improving mobility\, fl
 exibility\, balance\, stability\, breathing\, and recovery to help you mov
 e better\, reduce injury risk\, and support your swim\, bike\, and run tra
 ining.\n\nThis will be a 60 minute class. No previous yoga experience is n
 eeded—all levels are welcome! Because each class builds on the previous 
 one\, participants are encouraged to attend all five Thursday evening sess
 ions if possible but you are welcome to attend any of the events.\n\nPleas
 e bring a mat and blocks and a strap if you have them
