Columbia Duathlon Course Preview

Join us on March 28 and preview the upcoming Columbia Duathlon race course! Mid Maryland Triathlon Club invites you to run-bike-run with us and be ready for race day. This event is open to members and non-members. All participants are required to register (for free!) for this event. Participants should bring all supplies needed to complete the course (2 mile run, 10 mile bike, 2 mile run). Bike racks will be provided for registered participants. There are no hydration stations on the course. Please arrive early and be ready to do the DU!
