Yoga for (Tri)Athletes

Whether you’re training for your first sprint triathlon or your next Ironman, this free 5-week progressive yoga series is designed specifically for endurance athletes. We’ll focus on improving mobility, flexibility, balance, stability, breathing, and recovery to help you move better, reduce injury risk, and support your swim, bike, and run training.

This will be a 60 minute class. No previous yoga experience is needed—all levels are welcome! Because each class builds on the previous one, participants are encouraged to attend all five Thursday evening sessions if possible but you are welcome to attend any of the events.

Please bring a mat and blocks and a strap if you have them
