IRONMAN Maryland Bike Aid Station

Be the energy they need! Join MMTC at the final bike course aid station before T2. Athletes are digging deep at this point in the race, and our support makes a massive difference. We’ve proudly rocked this exact station since before it became IRONMAN, and it is hands-down one of the most fun, high-octane ways to experience an IRONMAN up close. Whether you’re a seasoned triathlete or just endurance-curious, come help us hand out water, blast some music, and give back to the community!

We are expecting our first biker at Mile 100 around 11am, so for those of you that are able to make it early to help with setup, please arrive around 10:15am to start setting up. Final biker around 4 or 5 pm
